We are having job openings for the profile of “Guest Relation Executive” and Front Office in 5 star hotels.
Position: Guest Relation Executive
Location: PAN India
Responsibilities:
· Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
·Meets and greet all guests upon arrival and departure.
·Escorts VIP guests to their allocated room and explain the facilities and room features.
·Maintains regular contacts with the guests.
·Obtains guest feedback on their stay in the hotel. If complaints, takesimmediate actions to resolve that.
·Records daily activities and complaints in the guest relations logbook andinforms the respective department heads for immediate actions.
·Assists all guests utilizing the Executive Lounge.
·Works closely with the Food and Beverages team specially Room Service Team andExecutive Lounge Team.
·Promote all our outlets and any special promotions going on.
Requirements:
·Height: Minimum 5’3” and Weight proportionate.
.Age should not be more than 28 years
·Excellent guest interaction skills.
·Quick n logical decision making.
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·Leadership/People management.
Qualification:
· Any Graduation and above.
